A Little Moment of...Motivation I Guess??
You know, sometimes there will be
things that show up in your life you just can't control. There's no
point in being sad, there's no point in being angry. Getting upset
will get you nowhere. You just have to look at the situation in the
face and say, “It is what it is. Accept it.”
Tell that to yourself as many times as
you need to. There's no need to rush.
Do something that makes you happy!
Write a story, draw, maybe take a walk. Might not make the problem go
away, but it can at least help you cope. Remember, focus on what you
want.
