Dos and Don'ts for a Waist-Training Diet
Dos and
Don'ts for a Waist-Training Diet
Hello,
everyone! Now, for the past week I've been waist-training and going
to the gym in order to lose the belly fat I've gained over the recent
holidays. I realized I've been slacking off lately with the food I've
been eating.
Eating
fruits an vegetables is definitely
recommended
when waist-training. Personally I like to eat more fruit than the
latter, but a great way to get your veggies in would be to mix them
with your favorite meals! For example, adding spinach to your pasta
(whole wheat not white) or putting peppers and onions in your tacos.
I like to slice my veggies in small pieces and saute them with cut up
turkey bacon (pork bacon has a lot of fat, which isn't really
preferable with this type of diet).
Eating
things such as white bread or white rice isn't good for keeping a
flat stomach. Switching from white to brown, or in this case whole
wheat, would be better. Switching from white sugar to brown sugar
would be preferable as well. Soda and other carbonated drinks are off
the list, too. Lastly, I'm sad to say it, no alcohol (Boo hoo for
me).
