My Version of a Beginner's Workout!
Not too long ago, when I had just
started to get serious about my health and working out, I remember
being so afraid to go to the gym. I'm pretty sure most of you have
been there as well. Feeling insecure about your body or that you'd
stick out like a sore thumb when doing a certain exercise? I ended up
looking up a few exercises (and I'm also guessing that's how you got
here, yes?) and I thought I'd share them with you now :)
I'd recommend doing the exercises with
a sports
waist trainer, although it's not preferable when doing abdominal
exercises. They're more made for cardio. You could try,
but it'd be pretty hard with all the restriction.
(By the way, these exercises are my
interpretation of a beginner workout. You can go as high or low as
you want, whichever is good for you)
- 10 push-ups
- 30 crunches
- 25 squats
- 20 lunges (10 on each side)
- 40 second wall-sit
- 30 second planking
Like I said before, this is just my
interpretation for those of you who are doing beginner exercises.
Hope this helped!
